SELF-ALIGNMENT

Another way that I work on restoring myself to my original/natural state is by living more in alignment with myself.

Being in alignment with ourselves means living in harmony with our deepest truths.

To thine own self be true.

Living in harmony can lead to a greater sense of satisfaction and peace of mind.

Behavioral alignment involves acting in ways that authentically reflect our perceived self.
